RATES

The initial session otherwise known as the assessment/evaluation session is $300 and runs approximately 90 minutes. The initial evaluation typically gathers information about any symptoms, history/background, family/relationships, goals and objectives and other relevant details that will contribute to establishing a constructive and effective treatment plan that meets your needs.

Follow up sessions are $185 and run 45 minutes (standard session). Should we find that more time is need than the standard 45 minutes, we can book longer sessions in advance and discuss additional fees at that time. 

School visits (IEP, 504 or teacher meetings), attending court hearings ie, testifying, cost $300 per hour. 

If you are experiencing financial hardship, please let me know as I do base sessions on a sliding scare for those in need. I never want finances to be a reason that you are unable to make your initial session or be able to continue. I only offer a discount for packaged sessions that are paid up front. Packages are offered in packs of 5, 10, 15 and 20. The more sessions you purchase the bigger discount I can offer. 

These rates apply to any and all contact via phone. I offer phone sessions if that is more convenient for you. I know that anxiety, frustrations, concerns, problems etc; come at all times and often arise before and after the traditional work hours of 9am-5pm, I do my best to be available 7 days a week and am mostly on call 24 hours a day and always available via text and email. If you would prefer to do a phone session instead of coming to the office, please let me know and I will be more than happy to accommodate a time that works for you.

INSURANCE

I am an out-of-network provider. If your current insurance plans provides you with out-of-network benefits, you will be reimbursed via your insurance carrier per your allowable amount. I know filing claims yourself can be confusing and cause frustration so as courteously, I will file electronically for you. Please contact your insurance carrier and ask the following questions to see if any part of your session will be covered by your plan: 

• Do I have out of network benefits?
• Do my benefits cover mental health?
• What is my out of network deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is my allowable amount per session?
• Is an approval code required?

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Cash, check and all major credit cards including HSA cards are accepted. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY\

Please cancel 24 hours prior to your session should you need to cancel. If you do not cancel within that time frame, there will be a charge of $75 . No shows are charged your full agreed upon amount as I have set aside that time and will have zero opportunity to offer the time I've allocated to you.
